Kleutermuziek

Op woensdag 20 september 2023 start op de Wereldmuziekschool in Schalkwijk een nieuwe kleutergroep van 14.30-15.15. De cursus is bestemd voor kinderen van groep 1 en 2 (4-6 jaar) en bestaat uit 8 lessen.

In de lessen ondernemen we allerlei muzikale activiteiten: zingen, dansen, spelen op kleine instrumentjes, luisteren, bewegen en tekenen op muziek en zelf ‘componeren’. De kinderen maken zo spelenderwijs kennis met verschillende eigenschappen van muziek: hoog/laag, hard/zacht, langzaam/snel en hoe je met muziek dingen kunt uitdrukken. Maar vooral belangrijk is het plezier hebben in samen muziek maken!

De laatste paar lessen zijn ook gewijd aan een kennismaking met verschillende instrumenten, zoals piano/keyboard, gitaar, klarinet, viool, cello, blokfluit en percussie. Daarna kan je met je kind beter kiezen welk instrument geschikt voor hem/haar is.

Music for young children (age 4-6) 

A new music course will start at the Wereldmuziekschool on Wednesday 20 September from 2.30 PM to 3.15 PM. The course is intended for children from 4-6 years old and comprises 8 lessons.

The lessons will be filled with all kinds of musical activities such as singing, dancing, playing small musical instruments, listening to music, moving and drawing and ‘composing’ your own music. In this way, the children become acquainted with musical aspects like high and low, loud and soft, slow and fast and how to express things in music. But above all, enjoying music together is important.

The last few lessons will also be dedicated to experimenting with different musical instruments, such as the piano/keyboard, guitar, clarinet, violin, cello, recorder and percussion. After this, you and your child can decide more easily which instrument he/she wants to play.
